This townhouse is in the center of NYC and just off Park Avenue in a quiet tree lined street in the East 30's. An easy walk will take you to Gramercy Park, Union Square, The Village, The Empire State Building and if you fancy a bit of shopping, Macy's and much more. A quick bus or train ride will take you to the Metropolitan Museum for a bit of culture.The #6 train(subway) and bus(2 bus lines) are a short two- minute walk away.

This large well-located townhouse provides versatile accommodation and is divided into three units. The units consist of:

A 4-bedroom, 3-bath unit with Jacuzzi, A 3 Bedroom, 2-Bath unit or a 1 bedroom, 1-bath unit.

There are two bedrooms with king sized beds, 2 bedrooms with single beds and one with a queen sized bed.

All the units are well equipped with modern amenities including TV, fast access DSL, VCR, DVD and FAX. We have made every effort to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable one.

There are fireplaces, lovely wide wood plank floors, exposed brick work, lots of oriental rugs, books and paintings which all add character to the units. The fully equipped kitchens have double door fridge/freezers, dishwashers and many small appliances. All units come with a washer and dryer.

Our townhouse is in central Manhattan in the Murray Hill/Gramercy area. The area is home to a great number of wonderful local restaurants and a few great ones. Most deliver to your home should you feel like staying in - one of the luxuries of living in New York!
Fantastic shopping and sightseeing are within walking distance. Park Avenue and Lexington Avenue with their bus lines and subway are nearby. On a somewhat historical note, we were told that Isadora Duncan lived in our home. We haven't been able to confirm this, but like to believe that it is true.

Whenever possible, we will meet you or have someone meet you at the property and show you around. We have lots of information about where to shop, where to go, what to do, the best restaurants, a great massage therapist, great facials and more.
We don't smoke and we prefer that you smoke on the terrace or in the garden.
We don't have animals at the house. We have a helper to take out the trash and sweep up 3 times a weeks. We can arrange for housekeeping if you would like.
