The Corral Unit 303E, is a deluxe condominium located on the top floor of the Corral at Breckenridge’s East building. The Corral complex is located on the corner of Main Street and Broken Lance Drive, at the south end of historic downtown Breckenridge. It is a most convenient location, just a five minute walk from skiing at Peak 9 with its new Quicksilver Super Six chairlift, and from the many fine shops and restaurants of the town and is directly across the street from the new Breckenridge Ice Rink. In addition, the free town shuttle bus stops nearby.

Designed with a contemporary Colorado mountain motif, this 1600-square foot multi-level unit is furnished to an extremely high standard, and features many fine amenities such as in-floor radiant heat, wood-beam vaulted ceilings, a gas river rock fireplace, entertainment center (TV, VCR, DVD, stereo with radio, CD and cassette tape player), tiled entry, nine-foot ceilings, full washer/dryer, granite countertops, a jetted bathtub, and private balcony. A heated one-car garage with ski storage is a major advantage of 303E, and is conveniently located to the elevator. The complex also has heated parking and walkways throughout.

The master suite, located on the top floor behind the loft, contains a king-size bed and incredible views of the Breckenridge ski slopes. The loft has a full sleeper sofa. The main floor has two bedrooms. The largest of the two has a queen-size bed and its own private bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster.

Guests have free, unlimited access to the well-equipped fitness room and steam sauna in the West Building, as well as the large outdoor hot tub on the 2nd floor of the East Building. Safety features include a central fire alarm and sprinkler system throughout.


Breckenridge has the largest historic district in the state, and hundreds of shops and restaurants on its authentic Victorian Main Street, making it a picture-perfect mixture of Old West meets modern resort town. Breckenridge is truly a four-season resort area, with hiking, whitewater rafting, biking, mountain biking, fly-fishing, horseback riding, golf, and sailing at nearby Lake Dillon in the warmer months, and downhill and cross-country skiing, and ice skating in the winter months.
