Luxury House set in Beautiful Landscaped Tropical Gardens with Superb Views of Patong Bay

Sitting high on the hills overlooking Patong and Patong Bay, this recently constructed villa offers quiet and peaceful luxury accommodation only minutes from the restaurants, bars, and nightspots of Patong itself. The villa is set in some 1,600sqm of landscaped and natural gardens, providing privacy and colour.

The property is on several levels including outdoor living, consisting of a sitting area with its own bar, wine cooler fridges and washroom, and an 18-meter horizon edge pool with large deck and sala (for barbeques).
The house is set in beautifully landscaped tropical gardens and everywhere has superb views of the whole of Patong bay. There are two lounges, one of them called the sunset lounge for obvious reasons, which also has two large balconies off the sides, there is an open plan dining area plus breakfast bar with fully equipped kitchen with all modern machinery.

There are three bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms on the third floor, both with balconies where you can enjoy views down to the magnificent infinity edge pool, a view to die for. The third bedroom is a twin room and is large enough to fit extra beds for the kids.
All the floors are beautiful red hardwood. The furniture is high quality and is a mixture of western and Asian and very comfortable.

There are 3 lines, phone, fax and internet. TV's are in both of the master bedrooms, the lounge and the kitchen, with DVD, video, and satellite channels. The B and O hi-fi system gives sound throughout the living floor. There are air cons and fans throughout.
We had the house built and furnished ourselves and it came out just as we wanted it to. We are very proud of it. We spend part of the time in Phuket and part in Hong Kong. We are non-smokers and smoking is not permitted on the inside.
Also following Thai custom, shoes are not worn in the house.

The Area:
Phuket is the largest island in Thailand and is a mixture of hills, jungle, rubber and pineapple plantations, and many beautiful beaches, some are secluded some are not. There is lively nightlife if required. There are excellent restaurants. It is very easy to choose a lifestyle for your stay either relaxed or active, and prices for everything are cheap, (even cheaper if you like bargaining).
Activities include superb diving and snorkeling, Sailing, Golf, with five championship courses. Boat trips to many interesting places such as the Pee Pee islands. Similan islands, Rae Lay in Krabi province, and the more local islands. A drive to Kao Lak national park is well worthwhile.
Our House is in the hills above Patong town (village). It is in a small, high end, secure and quiet development of nine properties built amongst an old rubber plantation.
Patong is a lively holiday resort with lots of restaurants and nightlife with a good swimming beach, however the house in the hills is set apart from all the activity giving the best of both worlds, peace and quiet at home and yet near enough to activity and shops if required. Needless to say all sorts of other smaller quieter, even secluded places are easily accessible. There are two monster out of town supermarkets within 15 minutes drive.
