Detached villa set in stunning countryside...

From your own private pool you can look out at vineyards & almond-peach groves. The Villa has 6 bedrooms possibility of sleeping 12 people. The bedrooms are a mixture of single and double beds tastefully decorated in pastel colours. A fully serviced brand new kitchen is on hand with all the usual appliances fridge/freeze washing machine ect. The villa has a main bathroom with bath & shower; a separate room also has a second toilet with hand basin.
A large airy living room area gives you a chance to sit and relax or to maybe eat in doors. The villa is detached and south facing. The gardens overlook open land with grapevines, orange lemon and almond groves forming a visual backdrop. Double gates open onto a driveway with garage ( the driveway can accommodate 10 cars). From the kitchen you enter the garden via a patio area. Shaded eating areas are serviced by 2 large fixed tiled tables
one under a Spanish bean tree the other on the front patio.
The garden is stocked with fig, almond and pine trees, our guests
are welcome to pick the fruits when in season. A lawned area is on hand for resting & relaxing and to have a cool drink under the shade of the pine trees. Plants and shrubs are in abundance, a small children's play area is also in the gardens. The villa has its own swimming pool with sun loungers,chairs & table; a shower facility is on hand.The pool is fully enclosed by a locked fence and gate - this offers peace of mind for guests with children.

The Area
Peaceful countryside surrounded by orange lemon peach and almond groves blessed with a climate of over 300 sunny days per year. Many blue flag beaches close by, along with stunning mountain scenery. The area has numerous golf courses, riding schools, walking and fishing areas. Major shopping and entertainment areas are close by.
The famous EL Bosque golf and county club is approx 3km away.
The wine producing towns of Cheste and Chiva are apprx 4km and 8km away respectively.

Valencia city is appox 10/15 mins away.
The city is home to extensive blue flag beaches with proms and esplanades with numerous restaurants, bars. A large marina has all the usual boating excursions, sports & fishing. The inner city is split into two by what was once the river Turia, the river was diverted and now the dry riverbed has been turned into parks and garden with major water features. A large and modern science-museums and entertainment park has just been built, that
is the envy of both Madrid and Barcelona. The old section of the city is a must see with many outstanding parks, gothic churches, museums, and entertainment and shopping areas.

Albuferia national park and inland lake is 18km away, El Salla
coastline with its white-pine edged beach ( also has an excellent golf course) both recently have been designated areas of outstanding natural beauty by the EU
