Beach house directly on beach with own private stretch of beach, the nearest city is Cape Town and nearest airport is Cape Town International.
You can swim right in front of the house (very safe). Long beautiful sandy beach, river and lagoon within 10 minutes walk. The house is a typical South African family beach house with no frills, only basic furnishings. You come here to enjoy the tranquillity, views, nature and safety the area offers. You will hardly ever see a car in the street (except Christmas holidays and over Easter). The house is quite big (340m2) and 4 of the 5 bedrooms as well as all living areas have a sea view and you can watch the dolphins from your bed. During whale time you can hear the sound of the whales in the house. Nice patio with 270 degrees sea view. Walk alongside the beach to extensive shell middens left by prehistoric peoples and many ancient stone fish traps are still in use today.

Still Bay is on the banks of the picturesque Goukou River. Famous for its endless beaches, where you can walk alongside the beach to extensive shell middens left by prehistoric peoples and many ancient stone fish traps are still in use today. There is also a big eel hole you can visit. There is a Nature reserve nearby as is a well-stocked grocery store. At the picturesque harbour you can buy fresh fish. Comprehensive sporting amenities ranging from a nine-hole golf course, two bowling greens to tennis and squash courts. Perfect weather! Mild with low rainfall. Still Bay is all about nature and tranquillity. (Hardly ever any crime in the area!)
