This mountain side villa has stunning views of False Bay and the Helderberg. The beach is 10 min. walk or you can cool off in your own pool and just enjoy the views.
The house can accommodate 10 people on 4 levels.
On the top 2 levels there is a large 3-bedroom maisonette, 2 full bathrooms (1 en-suite and one with bath and separate shower).
On the swimming pool level, there is a spacious 2-bedroom apartment with 1 en-suite shower-room and a full bathroom for the swimming pool and second bedroom.
On the level above the garages, there is a self-contained flat with a full bathroom.

There are stunning views in all directions overlooking Table Mountain, False Bay with the Helderberg mountains and the Wine farms.

August - November, Whale watching can be done from the balconies, when numerous whales come with their young, close into the protected bay. In these cooler months you can also enjoy sipping red wine while sitting in the spa bath.

The property is situated at the edge of Gordons Bay. In front you see False Bay, and at the back we have Cape Nature Reserve Biosphere and natural "fynbos".
We are centrally situated between "Hermanus", the "Whale" capitol of SA, the Wine Farms of Stellenbosch and the City Lights of Cape Town. Fishing, Mountain Walks + Climbing, The Beach, Swimming, Sailing, Various Adventure Sports are all within 10 min. drive from the house.
