magnificent Blue Ridge Mountains. Carolina and Tennessee are both only
about twenty minutes away.
Sit on our front porch with your early morning coffee while you plan your day.
You overlook the beautiful Rich Mountain at an elevation of 2250 feet.
There are numerous attractions and activities nearby.

The following are a few ideas:
· Unique shops in Blue Ridge, Mc Caysville and Copperhill, Tennessee offer a variety of arts, mountain crafts and antiques.
· Driving tours pass working farms, noisy mountain creeks and unspoiled scenic vistas. A short walk is the only requirement to view numerous waterfalls. Deer often cross the roads (even during the day) and you can see other wildlife while driving
· Want to get wet? Go swimming in Lakes Blue Ridge, Nottely and Chatuge (Where 'Deliverance' was filmed). Tube down the Toccoa River just down the road from our home, White water raft the Nantahala or the Ocoee or go wading in the meandering creeks and streams. The Lake marinas rent boats and jet skies.
· You may want to take a ride on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. It leaves from downtown Blue Ridge and travels on a leisurely fifteen miles (each way) round trip along the Toccoa River to Mc Caysville.
· Golfing, horseback riding, biking, hiking, fishing and gem mining are other activities that may interest you.
· Hungry? Try the famous Toccoa Riverside Restaurant (just down the road), try the trout dip, awesome!!
