Villa is located on the Northern coastline of Jamaica in Runaway Bay. The
villa is nestled on over an acre of land in a prestigious area and sits atop the
Super Club's golf course. The villa is spacious, with over 5,000 square feet of living space, five bedrooms that can accommodate 10 guests, a living room, a kitchen, two dining areas and two verandas. Each bedroom has air-conditioning and a telephone for guest use. Four of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and one has an adjoining bath. The four bedrooms are located on the first floor and one is on the walkout level. Bed linens and towels are provided. Rendezvous Villas has two large verandas with lots of seating to enjoy a panoramic view of the Northern coastline. Guests may also enjoy dining on the veranda, with dining furniture to sit up to 10. Guests will also enjoy having access to their own private pool, with a huge outdoor sundeck. The sundeck has loungers for eight and a separate table and chairs for additional seating of four. The grounds also contain a large garden. The villa and grounds are fenced and secure for privacy. The
kitchen is modern and includes a refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, coffee maker,
oven and microwave. In addition to the dining facilities on the veranda, there
is an indoor dining room that seats 10.The
living room is large with two couches, two chairs, a television equipped with
satellite television service, a VCR and a DVD. Villa staff includes a full-time cook, housekeeper and security guard/gardener. Staff quarters are located on site in a separate facility on the ground level. Guests can enjoy specially prepared meals based on their own menus if given to the cook to prepare. Guests simply must pay for the food purchased at the market for the meal. Our guests can shop for their own food or let the cook do it for them. A housekeeper is on hand to provide a clean environment throughout your stay and is also available for guest laundry. Car hire and transfers can also be arranged. There
are no additional charges for the full-time staff, but please do allow for staff
gratuities at the end of your stay. An appropriate tip would be $10 to $15 US
per person, per week, including children. This is customary in Jamaica and comprises
a large portion of the staffs' income. Please note,any party over 6 in number
will incur a small charge as an extra cleaner will be brought in to assist the
housekeeper. There

is permitted in all of the open-air areas.
