Nestled in the green hills surrounding the Lake Como our large 3 storey comfortable house gives you everything that you can expect from an ideal Italian holiday: relax, fine food, culture, nature and lots more. The house has been completely renovated but maintains it's original character, three fireplaces, wooden floors, and two towers. A very large garden surrounds the house and gives you complete privacy. The housekeeper takes care of our lovely cats.

Our property extends to about 3 acres of private, gated ground. The nearest small village is 5 miles walk away. The housekeeper lives in a separate house near the entrance gate.
Our house has 5 bedrooms: 2 master bedrooms with queen size bed and bathroom, one small bedroom with bulk beds, two small bedrooms. We have a living room with hi-fi and cable TV on large screen and fireplace; Our kitchen is semi-professional with all possible amenities. 2 of the bathrooms have baths and 2 have showers. The dining room seats 10. A private chapel and a great panoramic studio (Internet, fax) complete the house.
The teak table and chairs are perfect for summer dining.
We have a hot tub for 5 people and bicycles.
Argegno has plenty of character and is a lovely place to visit close to the lake. Lake Como has a quantity of attractions that have drawn famous people like Madonna who spends at least one week a year here in the villa of Versace and George Clooney who has bought a villa close by.

The area is excellent for: restaurants, shopping, Biking, Hiking, Surfing, Boating and lots more
