lush landscape of the property. The master bedroom is very spacious (550 sq.ft.)
and features a queen size bed, pueblo style fireplace, walk-in closet;
full bath, imported Italian tile floors and hand carved private entry doors.
The full picture window gives a postcard perfect view of Lake Arenal just
a short walk through the farm. Once down on the lake you can try your luck
fishing for "guapote" (rainbow bass) or talapia. On your way back
to the villa help yourself to some fresh fruit right off the tree- papaya,
mango, oranges, tangerines grapefruit or macadamia to go with your fish dinner.
If you like, take the jungle route down to the lake. It meanders through
the rain forest on a manicured trail overlooking the stream and waterfalls
beneath a canopy of trees teeming with life. You're likely to see howler
and white-faced monkeys almost close enough to touch. Toucans, parrots and
many other colorful feathered friends will be there too, so don't forget
your binoculars. The master loft is approx. 500 sq.ft and will give you the
feeling of being in Noah's Ark.The hardwood cathedral ceiling, curved walls
and surrounding glass are truly an impressive architectural marvel. The loft
serves as an additional bedroom when needed. The views from here
are breathtaking and unforgettable. Walk out onto the wraparound veranda
to catch the sunset and you will have a new perspective of this paradise right
at your fingertips. The two additional double guest bedrooms are very comfortable,
large and have excellent views of the rain forest, pond and waterfalls. These
rooms are furnished with wood from the guanacaste tree, hand carved doors,
and tiled floors, which add warmth that you will seldom find elsewhere. Each
has their own private entry access to the garden area.
