home is located in Aspen. This is a newer home and includes 3 bedrooms 2 baths,
a fully equipped kitchen, large living room/dining area, TV, VCR, stereo, expanded
cable services,computer with Internet access, off-street parking for two vehicles
and a deck with gas grill. There are world class views from all three bedrooms
and the living room. Our house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac amongst an
old growth aspen forest.
The
home also has access to 50 K of groomed cross-country trails. In the summer, miles
of biking/hiking trails are available. Aspen
is truly a world-class resort town and has something to offer everyone
year-round, including 4 outstanding ski areas, miles of cross-country/biking/hiking
trails, the Aspen Music Festival, Gold Medal fishing streams, outstanding
restaurants and bars, golf courses, and shopping. An automobile can be made available
to qualified individuals. Our home is nonsmoking, pets are negotiable. Area
