What we do is; Each property's Credits "price" will be assessed on the weekly
rental value of the property.

If the vacation rental value is $1000 US you earn 10 credits for every week you have another member stay in your property, you can then look for a property of the same value or less at your desired destination, (any left over credits will be saved for your next trade), without the added complication of a simultaneous house swap.
